CHEERBODY is for EVERY BODY!!!
I want to clear up any misconceptions that CHEERBODY is for people who are cheerleaders, dancers, athletes or training to be one. When creating my CHEERBODY workout I was thinking of the everyday person. I wanted this workout to motivate and inspire those who have been living sedentary lives or those who are simply tired of the same old workout regime.
CHEERBODY is a full body workout that combines cheerleading/dance movements, Pilates, Yoga, functional strength and stability exercises to target every muscle in your body. I took the best elements of all these disciplines, which I’ve trained and taught for over 15 years and created what CHEERBODY is today – the optimal combination of cardio, endurance, strength, flexibility, stability and most importantly FUN!!!
